RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may request a exchange within our 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days (*excluding non-returnable items) from receiving your item to request an exchange and also return your order to us within those 7 days for a exchange or credit. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are only entitled to a refund or replacement for a major fault with a product.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as: gift cards, Special Orders,  Sale/Clearance Items or Personal Care Items (such as adhesive or intimate wear) Any Items purchased with store credit as payment are final sale and non-returnable.

We always endeavor to insure your product is thoroughly inspected prior to shipping. Those items that are on sale/clearance may have imperfections from being floor stock and information about this will always be stated in the description. Therefore all sale/clearance items are final.

 

Eligibility for a Exchange

To be eligible for a Exchange or Store Credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and unaltered, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt for proof of purchase.

 

Store Credit

Your store credit can be used on any item and is valid for six months. Items purchased with store credit as payment are final sale and non-returnable. Any original freight/handling cost is deducted from your store credit. 

 

A Note about Sizing

Most of our dresses are sized in TR sizing according to each designer’s size guidelines. The size you usually wear in AU may not be the size you would wear in a dress from our site.

Starting a Return

To start a return please contact us at trendofficialfashionandstyle@outlook.com.au. If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
